Your Mission
Pilot humanoid robots remotely to support customers anywhere in the world, executing tasks accurately, efficiently, and professionally while maintaining high standards for quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Achieving 4.0+/5.0 customer satisfaction across all interactions, with less than 5% complaints by Month 3
Completing task workflows including customer service, system navigation, and object manipulation within target time windows while maintaining quality standards by Month 1
Maintaining 98%+ attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts, with proactive communication for any schedule changes
Achieving full certification on robot operation within 48 hours of onboarding, including basic troubleshooting without escalation
Providing three or more actionable product or process improvement suggestions per month that are validated as valuable by the team

Position: Independent Contractor – Robot Pilot
Hours: 40+ hours per week
Location: 100% Remote with strong career growth
Commitment: Long-term (12+ months)

Applicants must have the following minimum setup to perform the role effectively:
Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload recommended)
Own computer or laptop capable of running required software
Dual monitor setup preferred for efficiency (not required but highly recommended)
Quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for remote work
